Shea received his start in the IT industry 9 years ago while working his way through college at Brigham Young University as an assistant account representative at Propeller, Inc. Propeller was a direct VAR for Toshiba Computer Systems that handled enterprise accounts such as Oracle and Peoplesoft. A couple years later, he was offered a senior sales position from one of Propeller�s competitors, Calculated Research and Technology. Here, he remained for five years where he was schooled in a breadth of IT solutions and learned to wear both the hat of a salesperson and the hat of a technician. He became very proficient in the architecture, design, and implementation of x86 based datacenter solutions.

Utah�s IT environment has enjoyed Jacob�s efficiency and integrity for over 4 years. Jacob made his start as a systems reseller at Calculated Research and Technology, advancing from Solutions Designer to Customer Service Manager to Account Executive. His experience has developed a keen sense for customer needs and desires at every stage of the IT life-cycle. Jacob is renowned among Utah County companies for leading a customer service team which habitually completed warranty replacements within 30 minutes to 1 hour from open to close. He is dedicated to strategic partnerships, attention to detail and customer education.

Zachary began his career as an account executive at Calculated Research & Technology where he worked with his brother, Shea. Shortly thereafter, he was offered a position at Novell in Provo, Utah which he accepted. Beginning with the ZenWorks Handheld Management team he quickly worked his way to an inside sales executive position in the government vertical where he successfully serviced 8 states in the western United States. His success as an Inside Sales Executive along with his technical background brought Zachary to become one of two systems engineers at Novell.
